An auto-rickshaw carrying a group of devotees plunged into a 20-feet deep gorge in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, including the mother of a local YouTuber. The incident occurred while the group was traveling to a religious site.
According to reports, the accident took place due to a loss of control while navigating a steep area. Eyewitnesses stated that the auto-rickshaw veered off the road before tumbling into the ravine. Emergency services were promptly dispatched to the scene to assist the injured.
Eight other passengers sustained injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The local authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
